• Cleaning of the kitchen at the end of the stay (not included in the standard cleaning of the chalet)


Rental conditions

• Rental rates and services including VAT
• Tourist tax in addition €0.70 per day and per person over 18 years old
• Confirmation of the reservation after the payment of the deposits of an amount of : 30%
• The balance of the stay is to be paid 1 month before arrival
• The entire stay is to be paid for any reservation made from 0 to 30 days before arrival
• Payment by bank transfer, check
• Deposit in the amount of €3000
• Signature of a rental contract with entry and exit inventory
• Arrivals after 4:30 p.m. and departures 10 a.m.
• No-smoking chalet and circulation of people in slippers inside

Cancellation of stay

• The deposit is kept and deductible from a future stay in the event of cancellation more than 45 days before
the date of arrival
• 50% of the price of the stay is retained in the event of cancellation 45 to 30 days before the date of arrival
• The entire stay is retained in the event of cancellation less than 30 days from the date of arrival, or in the event of a stay shortened by the customer
