The price indicated includes end-of-stay cleaning, access to all chalet equipment, firewood,
electricity, water and the supply of bed and bath linen.

Rental conditions

• Rental rates and services including VAT
• Tourist tax in addition €0.77 per day and per person over 18 years old
• Confirmation of the reservation after payment of a 50% deposit
• The balance of the stay is to be paid 2 month before arrival
• the entire stay is to be paid, for any reservation made from 0 to 30 days before arrival
• Payment by bank transfer, check and bank card
• Deposit in the amount of €3,000 by check returned at the end of the stay by post,
(the time necessary to carry out a complete cleaning of the chalet after the departure of the tenant)

• Signature of a rental contract with inventory of entry and exit
• Arrival from 4:30 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m.
• Non-smoking chalet & movement of people in slippers inside
• Pets not allowed

Cancellation of stay

• Cancellation after more than 30 days: The deposit is retained or deductible from a future stay.
• Cancellation within 30 days: The entire stay is retained.
